Mandt 3.0 — Day 2 Technical Training | Pikesville, MD

Mandt 3.0 Day 2 Technical Training is the in-person, hands-on portion of Relational + Technical certification.

This full-day training builds on the Relational principles introduced in Day 1 and focuses on the safe, least-restrictive use of physical skills when additional support is needed. Participants will receive instructor-led teaching, demonstration, guided practice, and competency-based feedback while applying Technical skills in a structured training environment.

Day 1 Relational training is a prerequisite for Day 2. Participants must complete the required Relational components before attending this session.

Day 2 is conducted in person and includes active physical participation, movement, standing, and skills practice. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and secure, comfortable shoes suitable for movement and bring a water bottle.

Please arrive a few minutes early and plan to participate for the full training day from 9:00 AM–4:30 PM.

A 60-minute lunch period is included: 30 minutes for a personal lunch break and 30 minutes incorporated as a working lunch.
