Learning Outside the Lines, LLC (“LOL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when registering for our trainings, events, and related programs.

When you purchase or register for a ticket, we may collect information such as:

- Attendee name, email address, phone number, employer or organization, and other information needed for training registration
- Training dates, locations, ticket selections, attendance, and certification-related information
- Information you voluntarily provide regarding accessibility or accommodation needs
- Communications you send to us regarding your registration, payment, cancellation, refund, or participation
Payment card information is processed through our authorized payment processing and ticketing providers. Learning Outside the Lines does not directly store complete payment card information.

Training Providers and Service Providers
We may share information with service providers when necessary to administer your registration or training. This may include Ticket Tailor, payment processors, email or communication providers, and applicable training platforms or certification providers.
For Mandt System training, information necessary to establish or administer participant access, training records, or certification may be shared with The Mandt System or its designated training platform.
We only share information reasonably necessary to provide the applicable service.
Multiple-Attendee Registrations
A purchaser may register and pay for training on behalf of other attendees. If you provide another person’s information, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide that information for registration and training purposes.
Communications
We may contact buyers and attendees with transactional communications related to a registration, including confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, training requirements, meeting links, location information, cancellations, and other important event-related notices.
Marketing emails or text messages will only be sent in accordance with applicable consent requirements. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time. Transactional communications necessary to administer an active registration may still be sent.
Sensitive Information
Our event registration and ticketing system is not intended for the submission of protected health information, detailed medical records, participant records, or other sensitive clinical information.
Please do not enter confidential participant information or protected health information into registration fields unless specifically requested through an approved secure process.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Information may also be processed and stored by the third-party providers used to operate our ticketing, payment, communication, and training systems and is subject to their respective privacy and security practices.

Selling Personal Information
Learning Outside the Lines does not sell personal information collected through event or training registration.
